You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to use this website in accordance with these conditions. Generally, by making a reservation on this site you enter into a contract with the hotel company itself rather than with rhodosdirect.com. Please note that rhodosdirect.com acts as agent only for each of the hotels to provide you with information on the hotels and as an on-line reservation service. rhodosdirect.com's sole responsibility to you in providing the on-line reservation service is to pass your reservation details entered onto the hotel. rhodosdirect.com shall not accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of the incorrect processing of your reservation details by the hotel or accommodation provider, or the accommodation service provided to you by the them.

2. Proprietary Rights

This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You acknowledge and agree that all materials contained in the Site and provided to you during your use of the Site ("Content") are the property of rhodosdirect.com. You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on any of the Content.

4. Contract to purchase hotel services

Any reservations you make on this site will be directly with the company whose hotel or accommodation services you are booking. At the time of making any such reservation you are entering into a contract with that company and not with rhodosdirect.com. If you use the rhodosdirect.com online booking facility on the Site particular terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation may apply to each rate quoted and you should read carefully the rate details that are provided before proceeding to the “confirm” section. Each hotel has certain rules relating to the occupancy of its rooms. Any special needs must be notified to the hotel in advance. Some hotels may have additional terms and conditions.

5. User Conduct

The reservation system on the Site is provided solely to permit Users to determine the availability of services and make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase of any third party supplier which are notified to you before you make such purchase. The name, address and other information(including payment data if applicable) that you provide via this Site, together with information regarding the manner in which you use this Site will be used by rhodosdirect.com in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You agree not to use the Site to: a) upload, post or e-mail any content onto the Site; b)transmit any material that confirms that software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs; or c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site.

6. Indemnity

As a condition of use of this Site, you agree to indemnify rhodosdirect.com., it’s officers, agents, suppliers and other partners from and against any and all liabilities, expenses(including attorneys’ fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from: (i)your use of the Site; and (ii) any material you post to or transmit through the Site including claims for Intellectual Property right infringement or defamation.

The hotel and accommodation star ratings featured on this website are the official ratings provided by the Greek National Tourist Office and not by rhodosdirect.com. They do not necessarily reflect rhodosdirect.com’s opinion of the accommodation and therefore rhodosdirect.com will not be held liable for any misconception on your part regarding these ratings. 

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These site terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes involving this site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located in Athens, Greece.
